Meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month except for December.  During December,  we host an open house on the 2nd Saturday of that month.  Members, family and guests are invited to view the updated exhibits, facility improvements, and restoration progresses made during the year.

All meetings start at 9:00am (CST).  Breakfast is served at 8:00am and lunch is served around 12:00 noon (CST).  Meals are $5.00 and drinks $0.50 each.  Our museum work session will follow the business meeting.
